Harita Nandivada
Harita Nandivada is from Plano, Texas. She graduated with a degree in Women’s and Gender Studies from UT Austin in 2017 and a law degree from UC Davis in 2020. During law school, she
litigated on behalf of survivors of sex trafficking in Family Court and indigent criminal defendants with the LA and Santa Clara Public Defender’s offices. She also served on the executive boards of the Trial and Appellate Advocacy teams, and she participated nationally in courtroom advocacy competitions for seven years.
At Pillsbury Coleman, Harita helps clients obtain insurance benefits when providers attempt to deprive them of those benefits in bad faith. Prior to working in Bad Faith Insurance, Harita represented tenants in disputes with landlords following illegal evictions, harassment, and discrimination.
